Six Palestinians were martyred Sunday in an Israeli strike targeting the southern part of the city of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, six citizens were martyred due to an Israeli drone strike targeting a gathering of civilians near the Martyrs' Roundabout in the southern part of Jenin. This occurred after their attempt to prevent the entry of occupation forces that had invaded the city on Saturday night, leading to confrontations with young people in various areas of the city, the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported.
In a related context, the Israeli occupation forces stormed the city of Nablus from the western entrance and arrested a Palestinian girl. They raided several residential buildings in the Al-Maajin neighborhood and deployed snipers in the area, amid the outbreak of clashes.
The occupation army escalated its attacks on various areas of the West Bank, coinciding with its unprecedented aggression against the Gaza Strip. (QNA)
