Weather inshore today until 6pm on Friday will see stuck dust at places, partly cloudy to cloudy at times with mild weather daytime, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.
Offshore, it will be scattered clouds to partly cloudy at times, the report added.
Wind inshore will be variable at first, then becomes northwesterly 05 to 15 knot later.
Offshore, it will be mainly northwesterly 05 to 15, and southwesterly to southeasterly at night.
Visibility will be 04 to 09 kilometers.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet. Offshore will be 2 to 4 feet.
