Wind inshore will be variable less than 05 knot at first becomes mainly northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knot.
Offshore, it will be variable mainly, northwesterly 05 to 15 knot gusting to 20 knot at north by night.
Visibility will be 04 to 09 kilometers or 03 kilometers or less at places at first.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet surging to 5 feet by noon. Offshore, it will be 2 to 4 feet surging to 7 feet by noon.
