Lesha Bank organised a blood donation drive in association with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) on Tuesday at the bank’s headquarters in Tornado Tower.
Conducted for the third consecutive time, the event witnessed widespread participation from Lesha Bank’s staff and employees of other companies located in the same building.
The blood donation drive is a crucial component of Lesha Bank’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) and community engagement efforts, aimed at replenishing much-needed blood supplies for the HMC blood bank.
Commenting on the initiative, Mohammed Mohammed, deputy chief operating officer at Lesha Bank, said, “We are proud to partner once again with HMC to organise a blood donation drive to collect vital blood supplies for patients in need. The event saw a high number of donors actively participating, and I would like to express my gratitude to HMC, Lesha Bank leadership and staff, blood donors from other companies, and Tornado Tower management.
“As a responsible corporate entity, Lesha Bank considers this as a part of our duty to fulfill and support initiatives that contribute to improving public health, and we will continue to do so.”
