Qatar residents and visitors will have the opportunity to discover and engage in a series of activities planned for the Qatar National Day (QND) at National Museum of Qatar’s Baraha and Lagoon areas on December 15 and 16, from 3pm to 7pm.
The series of events, titled The Journey Begins Here, span from coffee rituals and vibrant culinary experiences to creative heritage art workshops from 3pm to 7pm.
The hospitality reception station will welcome visitors, offering information, traditional drinks and sweets, and a demonstration of Arabic coffeemaking.
The culinary hub will allow visitors to enjoy traditional Qatari food directly from the oven while experiencing a live cooking demonstration.
The interactive corner will showcase live demonstrations about various arts and crafts linked to Qatari heritage and culture such as hair braiding, henna design, mashmoom necklace, photo lounge, and Up-Side Down Majlis by Museum of Illusion.
