Eleven Palestinians were martyred and scores were injured after the Israeli occupation warplanes shelled houses in Rafah and Nuseirat in Gaza Strip at dawn Monday.
According to Palestinian news agency (WAFA), six Palestinians, most of them children, were martyred and several were injured in an Israeli bombardment of Al-Sultan neighborhood in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.
Five more Palestinians, including three children, were martyred after the Israeli occupation warplanes targeted a house in Nuseirat Camp in central Gaza Strip. The occupation also bombed a house in Deir Al-Balah, leaving a number of injured.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation artillery shelled various areas in Khan Yunis, south of Gaza Strip.
The occupation warplanes also launched a series of violent airstrikes targeting areas east of Gaza City, as well as Al-Maghazi camp, Al-Shujaiya, and Jabalia camp.
The Palestinian Health Ministry announced earlier that the toll of human casualties from the Israeli occupation aggression on Gaza Strip and the West Bank since Oct. 7 has surged to 17,997 martyrs, and 49,229 injured.
