More than 60 different food and beverage shops and restaurants have been introduced to the Sealine area by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, earning the appreciation of the visitors and campers.
Speaking to local Arabic daily 'Arrayah', a number of campers and those who frequent the Sealine Area stressed that these restaurants, cafeterias and cafes have seen considerable development this season as their location is easily accessible for all. There are good options of food, including the local cuisine and dishes through the local producing families, fast foods and other international cuisine.
However, they pointed out that the road leading to the area of the restaurants and cafes needs maintenance as some parts were damaged in the recent rain and urged the authorities concerned to initiate action.
Khalid Ahmed stressed that the services and restaurants area at the Sealine have provided the campers and visitors with all the necessary services including their grocery needs. He has been used to camping in the Sealine Area for the past 10 years, and this year the services are considered excellent compared to the previous season.
Abdulrahman al-Bakir said that the restaurants are easily accessible than the previous years and the prices are reasonable. Abdulrahman al-Jabiri said while the restaurants area is conveniently located, the road leading to it ought to be repaired as some parts are rough and bound to damage vehicles.
Jassim al-Suwaidi said that the Sealine Area is considered one of the best tourist areas in the country and it has a promising potential for more services project and infrastructure projects.
