The Kuwaiti Cabinet expressed Tuesday the State of Kuwait's welcome of the announcement by the sisterly State of Qatar on the success of the mediation efforts to reach a humanitarian pause in Gaza Strip, in partnership with the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt, and the United States of America, which resulted in the release of a number of Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli occupation jails, including children and women.
The Kuwaiti Cabinet expressed in a statement satisfaction with the temporary ceasefire and allowing the entry of humanitarian convoys loaded with aid and humanitarian needs to relieve the civilian population in Gaza.
The statement called for continuing the endeavors aimed at reaching a permanent ceasefire to spare the blood of the Palestinian people in Gaza and protect them from the human massacres committed by the Israeli occupation forces.
