Offshore, it will be cloudy to partly cloudy with scattered thundery rain at times, the report added, warning of expected thundery rain associated with strong wind, poor horizontal visibility and high sea.
Wind inshore will be mainly to southeasterly 06 to 16 knot, gusting to 30 knot with thundery rain. Offshore, it will be mainly southeasterly-southwesterly 08 to 18 knot, gusting to 30 knot with thundery rain.
Visibility inshore will be 04 to 08/02 KM or less with thundery rains. Offshore, it will be 04 to 08/01 KM or less with thundery rains.
Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 FT, rising to 5 FT with thundery rain. Offshore, it will be 3 to 3 FT, rising to 10 FT with thundery rain.
