South African Foreign Ministry receives copy of credentials of Qatar's diplomat

Acting chief of state protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Africa Mandla Harold Hoyana received a copy of the credentials of Mubarak bin Nasser al-Khalifa as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to South Africa.
