Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in Qatar (VCUarts Qatar) – a Qatar Foundation partner, has opened the application process for students seeking admission for academic 2024.
The priority deadline for applying is November 15, while the final deadline is January 15, 2024.
Applications submitted before the priority deadline will be reviewed first by the admissions team, and decisions made first.
Students can apply to the university’s four-year undergraduate programmes that offer specialisations in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Painting + Printmaking, and Art History. VCUarts Qatar will also be launching a brand new BFA in Kinetic Imaging in 2024.
Kinetic imaging is a four-year programme specialising in interactive design, 3D art and design, sound and moving images, with career choices including multimedia artistry, video editing, animation, UX/UI designer, special effects engineer and game designer.
Those seeking to augment their undergraduate qualifications or enhance their existing careers can do so through VCUarts Qatar’s MFA in Design programme.
