Tickets are now available for the first ever World Aquatics Championships to be held in the Middle East. The World Aquatics Championships – Doha 2024 will take place 100 days from now in Qatar from February 2-18, 2024. Qatar is preparing to welcome more than 2,600 elite athletes from over 190 nations, as well as dignitaries and fans from across the world to kick off the most exhilarating competition on the global aquatics calendar.
World Aquatics and the local organising committee of the World Aquatics Championships – Doha 2024 have announced that 75 medal events are to take place across six aquatic sports – swimming, diving, water polo, artistic swimming, open water swimming and high diving – in Qatar’s capital city. Fans can now buy their tickets for the opening ceremony and the competitive events from the official Doha 2024 website on https://www.worldaquatics-doha2024.com/en/ticketing
Tickets are only available for online purchase through the official ticketing portal on a first come, first served basis. Three ticket categories are available during the sales period of Doha 2024: Categories 1, 2 and a Multi-Session Pass. Category 1 starts from QR35 rising to QR200 and provides prime seats within the venue. Category 2 begins from QR20, while the Multi-Session Pass is a category reserved for spectators who want to attend one or more sessions of a selected sport during one competition day. Multi-Session Passes start from QR200 and each customer can purchase up to 10 tickets per session, per category.
The Championships will be held across three main venues: The Aspire Dome, Hamad Aquatic Centre, and Old Doha Port. The Opening Ceremony will take place on 4th February at the Aspire Dome following the first few days of competitions, which will see artistic swimming and diving begin on the opening day at the Aspire Dome and the Hamad Aquatic Centre respectively.

The Doha 2024 aquatic competition will be a vital event for athletes and teams on their way to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The top-ranked athletes in artistic swimming, diving, high diving, open water swimming, and pool swimming are all expected to compete, and the competition is sure to be fierce.
