Shura Council speaker receives message from Iranian counterpart

HE the Shura Council Speaker Hassan bin Abdullah al-Ghanim received a written message from President of the Consultative Council of Iran Ahmed Baqar Kalbayaf, pertaining to parliamentarian relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them.
Chairman of the National Security Committee of the Iranian Islamic Shura Council Dr Jalalzadeh delivered the message during his meeting Tuesday with HE the Speaker. The meeting discussed a number of topics related to parliamentarian co-operation relations between the two councils and ways to enhance them. In addition, they discussed a number of issues of common concern, led by the latest aggression on the Gaza Strip, as the two sides stressed the need to stop the aggression and ensure the entry of humanitarian aid into the Strip.
