MoECC led seabed cleaning campaign at Sealine Beach

The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MoECC), represented by the Marine Protection Department, and with the participation of a group of volunteer divers and the Public Cleanliness Department of the Ministry of Municipality, launched a campaign to clean the seabed at Sealine Beach. The campaign succeeded in extracting large quantities of accumulated waste, which affects the safety of the marine environment. The MoECC has urged beach and sea goers to preserve the marine environment and not throw any waste that would cause harm to the marine organisms.
