The Israeli occupation forces launched Friday a massive arrest campaign, targeting 44 Palestinians, in various parts of the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that the occupation forces stormed several neighborhoods in the city of Hebron, the town of Surif, and the town of Al-Samu at dawn today, and arrested 32 Palestinians.
The Israeli occupation forces also arrested 12 Palestinians Friday from different areas in Bethlehem Governorate.
It is noteworthy that since the beginning of this year, arrests in the occupied West Bank have reached more than 6,000.
Various parts of the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem witness daily raids and incursions into villages and towns by the Israeli occupation forces, accompanied by confrontations, arrests, and the firing of live and rubber bullets and tear gas bombs at Palestinian youth.
The pace of these campaigns increased in conjunction with the unprecedented and continuing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip for the fourteenth day in a row, which left thousands of martyrs and wounded in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, and caused massive destruction to hospitals, schools, homes and infrastructure in light of the deliberate cutting of electricity and water, and the prevention of the entry of food, fuel and medical aid to residents. Gaza.
According to the latest toll of the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the number of martyrs in the Gaza Strip reached 3,785, while more than 12,000 were wounded, since the start of the aggression on the seventh of this month.
