Dozens of Palestinians were martyred and several others were injured in a series of Israeli occupation airstrikes targeted civilians' houses in Rafah and Khan Younis n southern Gaza Strip on Tuesday morning.
According to Palestinian news agency (WAFA), at least 28 Palestinians, including women and children, were martyred and scores were injured after the Israeli occupation warplanes attacked a five-storey residential building.
Six more Palestinians were martyred and others wounded in another airstrike also targeted a house southeast of Khan Younis.
The occupation warplanes also shelled a house west of Khan Younis, leaving ten martyrs, including children, and wounding a number of displaced in a nearby school.
The occupation also bombed two houses in Al-Nasr neighborhood, west of Gaza city, and Deir Al-Balah in central Gaza Strip, leaving a number of martyrs and injured.
In the West Bank, a Palestinian succumbed to his wounds sustained when the Israeli occupation forces stormed Nablus last Friday.
The Israeli occupation aggression on Gaza Strip continues for the 11th consecutive day, with violent bombardment targeting residential buildings, hospitals and schools, leaving thousands of martyrs and wounded among civilians, and causing massive destruction in infrastructure. In conjunction, the occupation forces stepped up their assaults against the Palestinian people in the occupied Jerusalem and West Bank, launching massive arrest campaigns and raids in various towns and cities.
