Wind inshore will be northwesterly to northeasterly 05 to 15 KT gusting to 24 KT at places daytime.
Offshore, it will be mainly northwesterly to northeasterly 03 to 13 KT.
Visibility inshore will be 04 to 08 KM. Offshore, it will be 5 to 10 KM.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 FT. Offshore, it will be 1 to 3 FT.
