HE Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Lolwah bint Rashid AlKhater met Tuesday with Director of Foreign Assistance at the US Department of State Tamara Wittes, on the sidelines of the 78th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA 78) in New York.
