HE Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater met on Tuesday with Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East, and East Asia (EMEEA) at the Gates Foundation Joe Cerrell on the sidelines of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
