HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim al-Thani chaired yesterday Qatar’s delegation at the ministerial meeting of the Co-operation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) with the US, with the participation of the foreign ministers of the GCC countries and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on the sidelines of the 78th session of the UN General Assembly in New York. The meeting discussed ways to enhance the strategic partnership between the GCC countries and the US, as well as the latest regional and international developments, particularly in the occupied Palestinian territories, Libya, Morocco, Sudan, and Yemen. The meeting was attended by members of the official delegation accompanying HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and members of the delegations of the GCC states and the US. (QNA)
