Qatar University (QU) Health organised the second annual new student orientation recently to welcome its new students at QU Health's colleges in the fall of 2023 with 280 new students.
Among the new students , 52 students have chosen the College of Health Sciences, 54 the College of Pharmacy, 105 the College of Medicine, 38 the College of Dental Medicine, and 31 the College of Nursing.
Dr Asma al-Thani welcomed the new students. Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to engage with deans, esteemed faculty members, and fellow students in interactive workshops and discussions.
The event featured a motivational speech by Iman al-Obaidi, a trainer in youth empowerment and sustainability. She shared her inspiring journey towards achieving success and excellence. The students had a unique opportunity to benefit from her valuable experience.
