Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) Jassim Muhammad Al Budaiwi said Wednesday the strategic GCC-US relations enhance coordination and cooperation between the two sides in all fields.
This came during a phone call between Al Budaiwi and US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Arabian Peninsula Affairs Daniel Benaim.
Both sides stressed the importance of the growing strategic GCC-US partnerships, and their role in promoting peace, security, stability and economic prosperity in the Middle East.
Al Budaiwi stressed that the GCC countries always seek to contribute to achieving global security and stability through strategic partnerships with countries and regional and international organizations. (QNA)
