Wind inshore will be southwesterly at first becomes northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knot, gusting to 22 knot at places daytime.
Offshore, it will be mainly northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 03 to 13 knot reaching to 20 knot at north at first, shifts southeasterly later.
Visibility will be 4 to 9 kilometers.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet surging to 4 feet at north at first. Offshore it will be 1 to 3 feet surging to 5 feet at north at first.
