Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi conducted a phone call with his French counterpart Catherine Colonna.
Chinese news agency (Xinhua) reported that the two sides discussed ways to deepen bilateral cooperation, as well as strengthening and developing relations to a new level.
They also exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues of common concern, foremost of which is the war in Ukraine and the situation in Niger. (QNA)
