Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index lost 10.32 points, or 0.10%, at the beginning of Thursday's trading, to reach the level of 10726 points, compared to Wednesday's closing session.
Figures released by QSE showed a positive performance of the insurance sector by 0.58 percent, the banking and financial services sector by 0.19 percent, and the industry sector by 0.17 percent. On the other hand, the performance was negative in the real estate sector by 0.08 percent, and the transportation, communications, and consumer goods and services sectors by 0.11 percent.
At 10:00 am, Qatar Stock Exchange recorded 1877 transactions worth QR 46.210 million, distributed to 24.863 shares.
