Company announced that its Starliner capsule would be ready for the first flight to the International Space Station with astronauts on board around March.
Boeing's Starliner programme manager Mark Nappi said at a press conference the company would be ready with the spacecraft in early March, elaborating this does not mean the launch would be in early March.
NASA ISS Program Manager Joel Montalbano said in previous statements that Starliner would remain a priority for them.
The first piloted launch would carry two astronauts on a week-long mission.
