A renowned author famously said, “Faith sees the invisible, believes the unbelievable, and receives the impossible.” For Bahraini entrepreneur Mohammed Hammadi, this is more than a cute Instagram post. It is an apt description of a tumultuous entrepreneurial journey full of twists and turns, crushing lows, and exhilarating highs.
Like most entrepreneurs, Hammadi honed his ski as a young boy. When kids his age were out doing fun things during summer vacations, he would be busy doing odd jobs. Young Hammadi held different positions and worked for various employers, including fast-food restaurants, cleaning services, and even a bank. As his skills grew, so did his ambitions. After getting his driving license, he worked briefly as a transportation driver bringing in a measly $300 before landing at a government lab where he made $1,400.
Although his career was progressing rapidly, and he could have waited for more promotions, Hammadi knew he wanted more out of life. In 2015, he finally took the plunge and immersed himself fully into the business world. However, no one had prepared him for the misery he’d face during the early days of building his company. Over the next three years, Hammadi’s life went from bad to worse as he tried to build a company and balance his responsibilities without a steady source of income. Consequently, he found himself drowning in bad debts and psychological problems.
When his business was drowning, Hammadi’s circle was also disintegrating. Many people didn’t see how he could escape his dire circumstances, which made him a target for relentless ridicule and rejection. Worst of all, Hammadi’s own family didn’t understand what he was trying to achieve, so they didn’t support him as he wanted. That left him fighting alone, tenaciously holding onto a vision only he could see.
“I made a real decision to change and regained faith in myself,” Hammadi explains. When his strength waned, he turned to God. “I know that I am stronger than all the pain and suffering because of my faith in God and my faith in myself,” he shares. His faith paid off inexplicably over the past few years.
Hammadi’s company, V Crown Team, currently boasts a remarkable $1.5 million monthly turnover. His one-man operation has scaled, touching not only his life but also those of his family and friends. The vision he fought so hard for expanded, elevating lives and inspiring countless entrepreneurs. Best of all, Hammadi’s loved ones are reaping the benefits of his persistence and have become his biggest cheerleaders.
“My life has completely changed in all aspects, not just financially,” Hammadi reflects. “Today, I live a life of financial freedom that makes me never think about it. My family and my children’s lives have changed completely. Now I can fulfill my mother’s dreams, anything she wants to buy or wants to travel anywhere. My friends who work with me also completely changed their lives financially and intellectually.”
As V Crown Team scales, Hammadi hopes to change and inspire even more lives. As an entrepreneur in today’s uncertain business landscape, he’s confident faith can take him higher than any storm can blow, no matter how long it takes. His ultimate goal is to lift others in the process.
