The club stated in a statement that Pereira signed a contract to join Al Rayyan in its third deal in preparation for the new sports season 2023-2024.
The club added that the Brazilian winger will be one of the important elements in the team in the next stage.
Pereira played with New York City (51) matches since joining it from the Brazilian club Corinthians, during which he scored fifteen goals, with seven assists in a season and a half with the club.
Al Rayyan is counting on Pereira, along with his two new teammates, Thiago Mendes and Rodrigo Moreno, to restore the team's level in the QNB Stars League in the new sports season.
