The Philippine embassy in Qatar, represented by Third Secretary and Vice-Consul Jeffrey Batac, underscored targets for innovation and change under the Philippine Development Plan for 2023-2028 at the general assembly and midyear technical conference of the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc (Qatar Chapter) on July 14.
The embassy also congratulated members of the group who passed the 2023 Special Professional Licensure Examinations for Registered Electrical Engineers and Registered Master Electricians.
