His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received Monday a verbal message from King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein of the sisterly Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, pertaining to bilateral relations and the means of promoting and enhancing them.
The message was conveyed by Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ayman Al Safadi, when His Highness the Amir met him at the Amiri Diwan office on Monday.
At the outset of the meeting, Dr. Al Safadi conveyed greetings of the King of Jordan and his wishes of good health and happiness to His Highness the Amir, and development and growth to the Qatari people.
His Highness the Amir entrusted Minister Dr. Al Safadi to convey his greetings and his wishes of good health to the King of Jordan, and further progress and prosperity to the brotherly Jordanian people.
The strong brotherly relations between Qatar and Jordan and ways of enhancing and developing them were discussed during the meeting, in addition to a number of regional and international issues of common concern.
