Qatar participated Monday in 6th Joint Ministerial Meeting of the Strategic Dialogue between the GCC states and Russia that in Moscow. HE the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad al-Muraikhi led Qatar's delegation to the meeting.
