The General Directorate of Drug Enforcement has apprehended four individuals from an Asian country for dealing with drugs across multiple geographic locations, in collaboration with others, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) said in a tweet Saturday.
After obtaining permission from the Public Prosecution, a search was conducted at their residence, leading to the discovery of bags, packets, and capsules containing different types of drugs.
The seized drugs include 421gms of shabu, 370gms of hashish, and 800gms of heroin. Additionally, two electronic scales used for weighing the drugs were also found. The gang, along with the confiscated items, have been referred to the Public Prosecution to initiate the necessary legal procedures in this matter, MoI said.
