Indian Cultural Centre felicitated Aravind Bolar, who acts in Tulu and Kannada films. Popularly known as 'Tulunaada Maanikya,' he has acted in more than 100 plays and 50 films. Bolar was in Qatar to promote his latest film, 'Circus.'
