While bringing joy to the kids and augmenting the Eid al-Adha festivities, the General Administration of Endowments at the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs (Awqaf) Wednesday distributed 5,000 gift boxes at Eid prayer grounds.
The initiative, according to a statement from Awqaf, came as part of its "Eid Joy" programme. The gift boxes were distributed to the kids who accompanied their parents to 30 prayer grounds at various parts of Qatar. The initiative had the support of the Endowment Bank for Family and Children.
