Wind inshore will be variable less than 05 knot at first becoming northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knot.
Offshore, it will be variable shifts to northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knot.
Visibility will be 4 to 8/2 kilometer or less at places at first.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet. Offshore it will be 1 to 3 feet.
