Wind inshore will be mainly Northeasterly 03 - 13 KT gusting to 18 KT at places daytime, while offshore it will be mainly Northeasterly - Southeasterly 03 - 12 KT.
Sea state inshore will be 1 - 2 FT.
Offshore will be 1 - 3 FT.
