The General Directorate of Coasts and Borders Security celebrated the graduation of a number of participants of training courses held by the Directorate's Maritime Training Centre during the second quarter of this year.
The courses saw the participation of 145 trainees from a number of departments of the Ministry of Interior, the Amiri Guard, the Qatari Armed Forces, and the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya), in addition to a number of personnel of the Border Guard in Saudi Arabia and the Coast Guard in Oman (officers and non-commissioned officers).
The courses covered theoretical and practical aspects.
The ceremony was attended by the director-general of Coast and Border Security, Major-General Nasser Jabr al-Nuaimi, and a number of officials in the directorate. – QNA
