Masraf Al Rayan recently welcomed a delegation of students from Qatar University (QU) to its premises for a meeting.
The visit provided a platform for the students to connect with the bank’s executives and gain valuable insights into the banking industry.
Speaking on the importance of collaboration between the academic and corporate sectors, Group chief HR officer Hamad al-Kubaisi said: “We believe in the potential of young minds and are committed to nurturing local talent. The students engaged in discussions and Q&A sessions with the bank’s executives and heads of various divisions, providing them with firsthand insights into Masraf Al Rayan’s operations and offering a glimpse into potential career paths within the industry.
“Under the direction of our group CEO and management, we have a clear strategy to work with the youth in Qatar and mentor them, guiding them towards the right path. The bank serves as a gateway, offering valuable services and employment opportunities.

During the meeting, Masraf Al Rayan recognised the valuable contributions of Dr Farrag, professor of Marketing and supervisor of Student Projects at QU, with a special token of appreciation.
