HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim al-Thani met Wednesday with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Co-operation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The meeting came on the sidelines of the joint ministerial meeting of the GCC-US strategic partnership.
During the meeting, they discussed the strategic relations of friendship and co-operation between Qatar and the US and prospects for their development, in addition to exchanging views on the most important current regional and international issues of common interest.
The meeting was attended by members of the official delegation accompanying HE Sheikh Mohamed. On the US side, it was attended by members of the official delegation of the secretary of state.
