HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani chaired the Cabinet's regular meeting held on Wednesday morning at its seat at the Amiri Diwan.
Following the meeting, HE the Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs issued the following statement:
The Cabinet considered the topics on its agenda as follows:
First - Approving a Cabinet draft decision to grant a tax specialisation allowance to Qatari employees working in the tax specialisation at the General Tax Authority (GTA).
Second - Approving a draft decision by the Minister of Interior amending some provisions of Decision No. 96 of 2019 to implement some provisions of Law No. 24 of 2017 regarding the National Address.
Third - Approving the following:
1- A draft memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the fields of youth and sports between the Ministry of Sports and Youth in the State of Qatar and the Sports Institute in the Republic of Peru.
2- Accession to the annexes (B9, B5, B3, B2) of the Istanbul convention for temporary entry.
Fourth - The Cabinet reviewed a report on the results of the work of the coordination committee on the Protection of Qatar railways facilities "Qatar Rail" and took the appropriate decision thereon.
