The Police College held a scientific seminar on quality standards and academic accreditation in military and security institutions, in the presence of HE Adviser to the Minister of Interior and Vice-President of the Supreme Council of the Police Academy Major-General Dr Abdullah Yousef al-Mal.
The event brought together a group of experts, specialists, academics, and centers of expertise and academic accreditation from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman and France.
The seminar discussed the components and challenges of quality assurance standards, pioneering experiences in the application of quality standards and academic accreditation, and the challenges facing this, in addition to a number of other related topics.
Lt Colonel Dr Abdullah Thamer al-Enezi, in charge of the duties of Academic Affairs Dean at the college, said that the college is taking steady steps towards leadership as an academic police institution and will spare no effort in developing its scientific capacities, hailing the efforts of the parties that participated and contributed to the success of the seminar.
