The Ministry of Interior (MoI) on Monday announced the arrest of a person who had fired a firearm during a house party.
“With reference to what was circulated on social media that a person fired a firearm during a house party, the person concerned was arrested and the weapon used was seized,” the MoI tweeted.
The ministry added that the necessary legal measures were being taken against him.
The ministry affirmed its keenness to take all necessary measures to ensure the security and safety of society.
