MES Indian School observed Mother’s Day with students paying tribute to the mothers. Special assemblies and various competitions were organised in all the sections. At a special programme in the Conference Hall, students performed skit, role play, group songs and speeches paying glowing tributes to the roles played by mothers in the lives of everyone. In her speech, the chief guest, principal Dr Hameeda Kadar, emphasised the need to ensure that mothers feel acknowledged and appreciated for their sacrifices. She also lauded the efforts of the students and urged them to be always grateful for the sacrifices made by mothers. In the Kindergarten section, the hall was decorated in the theme – "Mother - My Best Buddy”. Mothers participated in various fun-filled activities, competitions, and rendered songs. The tiny tots danced and sang in tribute to their mothers.
