Safari, a leading hypermarket chain in Qatar, is presenting the Safari Mango Festival at all its outlets.
The festival began Monday and present at the inauguration were Safari Group managing director Shaheen Backer, Safari Group director and Group general manager Zainul Abideen, Safari management representatives and others.
A diverse selection of mangoes is available as part of the festival. These include Indian mangoes such as Alphonso, Malgova, Kokumalli, Rumani, Thottapuri, Moovandan, Badami, Kalapadi, Chakarakutty, Kesari, Sinthuram, Neelam and Panchavarnam.
"Safari presents quality and affordability, unmatched by others in the retail industry. Safari is delivering mangoes directly from the respective countries for this mango festival. Therefore, its worth mentioning that Safari is able to deliver directly to consumers with no loss of freshness and quality," a press statement notes.
Also, the Safari Bakery and Hot Food section is offering various mango dishes in connection with the festival. Mango Cake, Mango Rasmalai, Mango Payasam, Fresh Mango Pickle, Mango Meen Curry, Mango Shrimp Curry, Mango Chicken Kebab, etc, are available along with dishes like Mango Chammanthi, Mango Meen Peera and Thoran.
Besides, in the Grocery section, mango biscuits, mango pulp, other products in mango flavour, mango pickles, dried mango, etc, are on offer in addition to fresh mango juice and mango ice cream.
The promotion is available at all Safari outlets in Qatar.
