In recognition of its excellence in private banking services and innovative digital banking solutions, Middle East Economic Digest (MEED) has honoured Dukhan Bank with four distinguished awards within the annual awards programme “Banking Excellence in the Middle East and North Africa for the year 2023”.
For the second consecutive year, Dukhan Bank won the ‘Best Private Bank–Qatar’ for its pioneering private banking services to enhance customers’ overall experience, while Chaouki Daher, Dukhan Bank general manager and head (Private Banking), received the “MENA Private Banker of the year” award in acknowledgement of his exceptional leadership roles and achievements in the private banking division through a comprehensive strategy leading to continuous customers’ satisfaction.
The bank’s virtual assistant ‘Rashid’ powered by artificial intelligence also won the ‘Best Multi-Channel Offering’ and ‘Excellence in Omni-Channel Integration’ for the second year in a row.
The new laurels followed the bank’s successful transformation into a Qatari public shareholding company by listing its shares on the Qatar Stock Exchange and commencement of trading from February 2023.
