Offshore will be fine with some clouds at times, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea by noon.
Wind inshore will be southwesterly to northwesterly 10 to 20 KT Gusting to 25 KT at places daytime.
Offshore, it will be southwesterly to northwesterly 05 to 15 KT increasing 12 to 22 KT gusting to 28 KT by noon time.
Visibility will be 4 to 08 kilometers.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 FT, rises to 3 to 5 FT by noon time. Offshore it will be 2 to 4 FT, rises to 3 to 7 / 9 FT by noon time.
