His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani attended on Friday evening HH the Amir Cup final match between Al Sadd and Al Arabi at Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium.
His Highness Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani, the Personal Representative of His Highness the Amir; His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Thani; HE Speaker of the Shura Council Hassan bin Abdulla al-Ghanim and a number of Their Excellencies sheikhs; ministers and senior officials attended the match.
The final was also attended by FIFA President Gianni Infantino; President of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Sheikh Salman bin Ibrahim al-Khalifa a number of heads of Arab and international sports associations, a number of members of the diplomatic corps accredited to Qatar, and football fans.
Al Arabi won the match against Al Sadd 3-0.
After the match, His Highness the Amir handed the trophy and gold medals to Al Arabi team, and the silver medals to Al Sadd team.
