The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE)'s Department of Early Education has concluded the qualifiers and activities of the Arabic language competitions "A best start; we read fluently", the English Language Competition "Super Readers", and the Islamic Education Competition "My Zikr Saves Me", by honouring the students of the participating schools for the foundation stage, and awarding those with high skills in Arabic fluency the Medal of the Ambassador of Arabic Fluency for the Early Education Department.
Assistant director of the Early Child Department at the MoEHE Dhabia al-Khulaifi said that her department sought to serve students and hone their skills through effective partnership with schools.
In her speech during the honouring ceremony, the official said that these competitions come within the framework of what is provided to teachers and co-ordinators in terms of training, technical support, supervision and guidance to improve the educational output.
Al-Khulaifi praised the winners’ diligence to reach the first positions in the competitions, which showed skills and abilities that students acquired in the early education stage.
