Dr Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed al-Thani, Director General of the Endowments Department, urged the students and parents to take advantage of the opportunity to learn and follow the Hadiths of the Prophet (peace be upon him) while learning about the rulings and morals in Hadiths. He wished success and excellence to all participants.
The Little Muhaddith competition is organised by the General Department of Endowments under the supervision of Awqaf and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. This is in co-operation with the Da’wah Department and Jassim bin Hamad Secondary School for Boys as part of the endowment bank’s projects to serve the Qur’an and Sunnah.
The competition aims at inculcating the love of the Prophet (peace be upon him) in the hearts of the participants while inculcating morals and tempting them to follow the model of the Prophet.
