HE Minister of Sports and Youth Salah bin Ghanim Al Ali crowned the champions of the first edition of the local beach volleyball tournament "IKBIS", which was organized by the Qatar Sports for All Federation at Aspire stadiums in cooperation with a number of sponsors.
Information challenge team claimed the title after a 2-1 win over the Al Mirqab team in the final match, while Zekreet team won third place after defeating Al Rayyan, bringing one of the most prominent Ramadan volleyball tournaments to an end.
Advisor to the Minister of Sports and Youth, President of the Qatar Sports for All Federation Abdulrahman bin Musallam Al Dosari, former President of the Qatar Volleyball Association Dr. Abdullah Yousef Al Mal, a number of representatives of the sponsors, and fans of the championship attended the crowning of the champions.
The tournament, which kicked off on March 26, saw the participation of 12 teams divided into four groups.
